CALL OUT FOR ARTISTS
Following on from the highly successful event held last year, we have decided to do it all over again.
Offering unique opportunties to budding and established artists to exhibit their work in a fantastic gallery setting over the Christmas and New Year period.
We would like to invite artists who live or work within a 50-mile radius of Gallery North West (GNW) located in Brampton to apply for this annual festive exhibition.
Prizes and Preview
With prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd judged by a Gallery North West selected panel. A Peoples Choice prize, and over £100 of additional prizes to be won at the exhibition preview, on the late afternoon evening of the Saturday 14th November (more detials to follow later).

Terms and Conditions
Cut-off dates for the Exhibition:
Applications should be submitted by 17th/10/2026. Unfortunately we will not be able to accept applications after this date.
How many works per artist?
To allow as many artists as possible to be included , we are restricting successful artists to 3 artworks each.
Size of accepted paintings:
Any combination of sizes and formats is acceptable — for example square, landscape, portrait or panoramic — provided that the longest side does not exceed 12 inches (30 centimetres).
Selection process:
To make the selection process as fair as possible, you can provide us with up to 3 digital images of your artwork with your application, which can be either final pieces you intend to submit or, if these have not yet been produced, similar works that accurately represent the style and quality of your creations. All images provided must be of a sufficiently high quality to allow our selection panel to fairly and effectively evaluate your submission for potential inclusion in the exhibition. Failure to provide clear and well-presented images may lead to your submission being declined, as image quality and presentation are crucial for proper evaluation.
If selected wall-hung art should be framed to a gallery standard and have D hooks and hanging cords attached. Deep profile canvases are acceptable but must have their edges finished to compliment the artwork or alternatively the edges could be painted black or another dark colour.
Applying for the exhibition
All applications must be made using the Form provided, we will not accept submissions via email or social media messaging, except in exceptional circumstances; in this case please speak to one of the gallery team.
Fees
There is a fixed, non-refundable fee of £12 (twelve pounds) to cover administration costs.
After you submit your application form you will be redirected to a payments page to pay your entrance fee by: PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.
